Exchange Policy 

If you received a damaged or defective item or if you simply want to exchange it for another size, color, or style, we are happy to assist.

  1. Eligibility for Exchanges:

    • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
    • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
  2. How to Request an Exchange:

    • Contact us at vibeswaystore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a description of the item you wish to exchange.
  3. Exchange Process: After we approve your exchange request, you will need to return the original item to us. We will send the replacement item once we receive the returned product.

  4. Shipping Fees for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
